No application is needed! Only a smartphone is required.
What if the person I want to share information with doesn't have NFC technology on their phone?
In that case, the card includes a QR code that can be used to access the information on the digital card.

OWN Card – Profile and Cards
How can I create my profile?
After you purchase your OWN card from the OWN Card online store, you'll be invited to personalize your physical card. Once your physical card arrives in the mail, just follow the simple instructions in the packaging to activate it and configure your digital card profile.
Can the information on my OWN Card profile be changed at any time?
Yes, that's one of the many advantages of a digital business card. The information on the digital card can be modified at any time in the "Wallet" section. Save the changes and they will be immediately visible upon tapping.
What is the design of the physical OWN Card?
For the physical card, choose your preferred design from the OWN Card online store.
After selecting the card, you will be asked to provide the information you want to have printed on it.
Can I include my company's logo on the physical OWN Card?
Yes, you can personalize your card with your company's logo in addition to your name.
Is the packaging customizable?
No, all OWN cards are sent in an envelope with instructions on how to activate and configure the Card.

Yes, there is a feature that allows disabling the information-sharing features, rendering the card no longer functional.
What can I do with cards of employees who have already left my company?
We offer a free card recycling program. All you need to do is to send us the disabled cards and we'll ensure they are responsibly recycled.

Production and Shipping
What material is the physical OWN Card made of?
The physical OWN Card is made of PVC, making it strong and durable.
How long does it take to produce and ship the card?
We take 1-3 days to produce your OWN Card after image validation. As soon as the card is produced, it will be shipped.
Do I need to pay additional duties and taxes?
For any cross-border transactions, customs authorities may contact the importer for additional fees or verification. This depends on your country's legislation.
Can I return the purchased product?
The OWN Card team is fully committed to customer satisfaction and is available to provide all necessary support to address customer concerns and issues. Nevertheless, we offer a 30-day refund policy in case issues cannot be resolved.
